His Holiness expressed his blessing and appreciation to those present for their patriotic achievements, urging them to continue their efforts to strengthen the homeland, create a dignified and secure life for the nation’s children, and overcome today’s challenges.

The meeting touched upon the issues affecting national-ecclesiastical life, as well as the anti-ecclesiastical actions carried out by the authorities, which disrupt the normal mission of clergy and the spiritual life of believers.

His Holiness affirmed that despite all difficulties, the Church and the clergy will steadfastly continue their spiritual and national-saving mission for the benefit of the brightness and well-being of Armenian life.

The members of the delegation expressed their support for the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and His Holiness, emphasizing the centuries-old tradition and mission of the Armenian Church in strengthening Armenian statehood and preserving national identity.
